What is Health & Fitness Coaching?  
Fylstra Fit concentrates on coaching clients on their fitness journey, helping each individual on their unique path to Finding their Fit.  Coaching focuses on setting goals, choosing steps toward achieving those goals (whether they be exercise, nutrition, or general wellness), developing a plan to master those steps, and using accountability to stay on the plan.
On top of this general coaching, Fylstra Fit offers an option for 2 written workout plans a month, developed for the client, and explained (and, when possible, demonstrated) during coaching sessions.


All in the comfort of your own home!
Coaching can all be done in your own home, or meeting at a public location.
